The newly built Ramsdell Village Hall is now available to hire for events and community gatherings.
Boasting a large acoustically treated hall with panels designed and provided by Ecophon. With a maximum capacity of 150, the newly built hall is a beautiful light and airy modern space. With step free access throughout and surrounded by stunning views of Christ Church Ramsdell and Hampshire countryside this is the perfect venue for activities, parties, club meetings, wedding receptions, and more!
The hall has excellent green credentials, with solar panels, underfloor heating, and triple glazed
The hall has a patio area to the front, ample off road car parking, step free access and a disabled toilet, a new modern kitchen, and a gorgeous picture window feature on the end wall.
Rates for Hire
Hire of the hall includes use of the main hall, kitchen, front patio, and high speed WiFi.
Standard rate: £20 per hour
Resident* rate: £18 per hour
Premium** user (4+ hours per week) and charities: £15 per hour
Minimum booking of 1 hour. Set up and tidy away time must be included in your booked slot. Overruns will impact others and will be charged for.
